RESOLUTION No. 031 (April 29, 2011)

RESOLVED:
ARTICLE ONE: ORGANIZATION, PLACE AND DATE
1-1 National Amateur Championship and all female be organized by the Colombian Federation of Chess-FECODAZ, with the support of Huila Chess League and played in the Classic and Active
arrangements in the city of Neiva in Inder auditorium of Huila, from 2 to 6 June 20111-2 is open to all players (as) of any age who have less than 2000 Elo points and are members of a duly constituted and affiliated club to a league with existing recognition and economically with the Fecodaz days. It will be mandatory to have the written endorsement of the League is represented.
ARTICLE TWO: THE SPECIFIC GAME RULES
2-1 GAME SYSTEM: Both tournaments will be played by the Swiss system, 9 rounds

ARTICLE EIGHT: THE REGISTRATION

ARTICLE NINE: THE AWARD AND RIGHTS
9.1 The tournament will be valid for ELO FECODAZ National

9.4 Guarantees. All players participating in the tournament classic, will be endorsed to participate in the World Tournament, Pan American, Central and South American

Rights. To promote the participation of Colombian chess players at international events in this category, Fecodaz give the following support:
· World Amateur: Antalya - Turkey, October 1 -11. For the first three: Registration and support $ 1'000 .000, $ 600,000, $ 400,000 according to the classification.
· Pan Amateur: Chicago - USA, June 2 to 6. For the first three: Registration and support of $ 800,000, $ 500,000, $ 300,000 according to the classification.
